Candle Care

  • Candle Care

    Candles require some maintenance and care we would like the customer to get the most out of your candles, follow these candle care guidelines for a safe and enjoyable experience.

  • Allow Time To burn

    Let your candle burn until full melt pool across candle vessel. For the first couple of burns a minimum of 3 hours is required to allow 'memory' of the wax, ensuring your candle burns to the edge every time.

  • Only burn max 4 hours

    After each 4 hour burn your wick may require trimming to ensure your flame burns safe. Large flames may produce soot, smoke and maybe a risk of the candle vessel being damaged.

  • Keep wick trimmed

    After each burn ensure your wicks are 4-5mm so your flame burns at a safe height, if the wick is to short you may not get a even burn that may result in wasted wax and low scent throws.

  • Place candle in safe place

    Candles perform at there best when placed away from air con, open windows, fans and never near curtains or blinds ensuring safety. Never leave candles burning unattended or near children.

  • Follow the safety Instructions

    Each candle includes safety label and care instructions to ensure you are safe and able to enjoy your candle safely and getting the max performance out of your candle.
